  1. When going through all the recipes on line, I came across to a Xie’s Nepalese Ancient Tea by Glen Johnson, how his sciatica pain was cured, at Home especially the lower back. Now I have a problem with my lower back pain, because of my kidneys, but, I am also suffering from upper back pain spreading across to my both shoulders and up towards my head causing me a lot of inconveniences to my health.
