Churros are a special South and Central American sweets, adopted from Spain. These tube-shaped little doughnuts contain no yeast and after frying they are rolled in cinnamon sugar. In South America they are typically filled with something rich like Nutella or chocolate. Enjoy them at their best – freshly cooked, warm, and crispy on the outside!
