With the weather getting colder and winter coming soon, it’s time to learn some new recipes that will keep you warm during the upcoming days. You need 1 pound of Pappardelle, 1 pound of beef chuck roast, 1 – 14 oz can of crushed tomatoes, 1 – 14 oz can of whole peeled tomatoes, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 cup of red wine, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of fresh basil and Parmesan cheese for serving.
3. Winter Squash & Blue Cheese Pasta

You need these ingredients – 1 package (16 ounces) gemelli or spiral pasta, 1 package (12 ounces) frozen mashed winter squash, 1-1/4 cups (5 ounces) crumbled blue cheese, 3/4 cup half-and-half cream, 1-1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 3 cups fresh baby spinach and 1/3 cup chopped walnuts.
4. Burst Tomato and Zucchini Spaghetti with Avocado Sauce

These are the ingredients that you need – 3 cups yellow and red cherry tomatoes, 2 zucchini, 4 ounces whole wheat spaghetti and Parmesan for topping. To prepare the avocado sauce, you need 1 avocado, ¼ cup olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ cup fresh flat leaf parsley, 3-4 green onions (green parts), 1 garlic clove, juice of 1 lemon and freshly ground pepper to taste.
5. Slow Cooker Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Creamy, cheesy, chicken pasta is always a good idea! This recipe includes a slow cooker, it will take you 4-8 hours to have it all done, depending on whether you cook it on low or high. These are the ingredients – 1 to 1½ pound boneless skinless chicken, 3 cups chicken broth, ½ cup buffalo wing sauce, 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon celery salt, ¼ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon pepper, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar, 1 tablespoon corn starch + 1 tablespoon water, 16 oz linguine noodles and chopped cilantro for garnish.

To prepare this amazing dish, you need 6 tablespoons butter, plus more for baking dishes, coarse salt and ground pepper, 1 pound penne rigate, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 4 garlic cloves, 6 cups whole milk, 10 ounces white mushrooms, 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone and 1 cup finely grated Parmesan.
7. Spicy Red Pasta with Lentils
This recipe is made for the vegans, but meat lovers will certainly love it too. It’s a simple dish pasta cooked with lentils and it’s very delicious! You need 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup (32 g) carrots, 1/4 cup (45 g) diced tomatoes, 1 15-ounce (425 g) can tomato sauce, 2 tbsp (33 g) tomato paste, pinch sea salt plus more to taste, 1/2 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tbsp (3 g) dried or fresh oregano, 1 tbsp (3 g) dried or fresh basil and 1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice. For the lentils you also need 1/2 cup (100 g) dry red lentils, 2 cups (480 ml) water and pinch sea salt.
8. Creamy Mushroom Pasta Bake
Those of you who have tried the heavenly combination of pasta and mushrooms, know that once you try it, it will be one of your favorite pasta dishes for ever. That’s why we picked these baked pennes with mushrooms and melted cheese. Make sure you have 12 ounces penne pasta, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 pound sliced cremini mushrooms, 4 sprigs fresh thyme, 2 cups homemade cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups shredded Gruyère, Fontina, or white cheddar cheese.
9. Pasta With Spicy Sausages, Tomatoes, Rosemary and Olives
