Do you ever look at a person and say to yourself ” wow, how does she have that perfectly healthy and glowing skin?”. Are you really tired of all the cosmetics promising you the results that will change your skin condition, and that just doesn’t happen?  Most dermatologist will tell you that every skin is different and it needs different treatments but there are couple of universal rules a.k.a routines that you can include in your every day to brighten up your skin and make it glowy and healthy. The thing is, you need to find what works best for your skin and then stick to it. Don’t give up after one week of treatment, because results can come after couple of months. 1.  Exfoliate



This is maybe the most important step towards getting a glowing skin. In your 20s your skin naturally exfoliates, but after the 20s the process becomes slower and dead skin cells are left on your face. Getting rid of the unnecessary skin will reflect the light and make your face shine in a good way.

2. Sunscreen



We know you have heard this more than a million times, but it is said because it totally true and effective. Protecting your skin from the UV rays will prevent black spots appearing on your beautiful face.

3. Clean Your Make Up Brushes



Don’t be lazy and clean your brushes every 2-3 weeks. Think about all the bacteria and dead skin cells that are stuck in there. Just pour luke warm water and a little bit of shampoo in a bowl, soak your brushes and then let them dry before using them.

4. Consume Mixes Nuts



Nuts such as Brazilian are rich in selenium which is great for skin elasticity. They are full with olis that do magic for your skin after consuming. Grab a mix of nuts and let them do the wonders to your skin.

5. Exclude Diary From Your Diet



Even that little diary in your latte can cause hormones to go crazy and make your skin oily and cause acne break outs. Avoid diary at all cause and you will sure feel the difference.

6. Use Retinol



As you get older your body slowly slows down the collagen production. Retinol boosts the collagen production and makes your skin feel young again ( and glowing).

7. Avoid Hot Water



Hot water can be very damaging for your skin. You are loosing your essential oils plus you get a mild burn. Avoiding hot water and soap bars on your your face is a positive change.

8. Moisturize



After you shower you have at least 3 minutes to soak up in moisturizer and prevent your skin from drying and cracking. Before you take a shower prepare your face and body creams so that after the shower you can immediately apply them.

9. Eat Watermelon



Watermelon is rich in lycopene. which prevents skin from wrinkling and it reduces face redness and damage. Some studies also indicate that watermelon can prevent skin cancer. Eat the juicy fruit, it’s great for your skin.

10. Drink Lots Of Water



Drink water all the time! This is the best advice anyone can give you. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Water helps clear the toxins and it hydrates your skin giving it a healthy glow.
